Bridgette Beato (nee Karra) is a founder and CEO of Lumenor Consulting Group. As a principal, Bridgette Beato brings a diverse background to Lumenor Consulting Group. She uses her consulting and project management skills to transform concepts into tangible results for clients. Prior to starting Lumenor Consulting Group, Bridgette was a project manager serving clients including MARTA, The Coca-Cola Company, FedEx/Kinko's and other leading-edge organizations. During her eleven plus years of consulting experience, she has led a number of significant, strategic initiatives through successful completion. Complementing her considerable background in project management, Ms. Beato possesses extensive experience in ERP and packaged implementations, supply chain and transportation initiatives and custom development. Her work with Fortune 500 clients and global integrators has given Bridgette tremendous insight and perspective – helping her earn the respect and business of many high-profile IT executives. Most recently, Bridgette acted as Project Manager of the AFC Breeze Card Program, the successfully implementing the first 100% smart card system in North America. A Pittsburgh native, Beato was educated at Duquesne University. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration. She is also a PMI certified project manager. Currently she is a member of the Project Management Institute, Women in Technology and Women's Transportation Systems.
