Welcome to this virtual event environment! Here you can watch sessions, explore further the topics being discussed, and network with your colleagues and industry professionals.

Here is a brief overview of how this virtual environment works.


We have entered some of your information already, including your name and email address. For your security, please change your password at this time. Feel free to add other information, such as your website address, your job title, biographical information, and country. PLEASE ALSO be sure to upload an image of yourself - this image will also appear in any session listings for which you are a speaker. When you are done, please click on the button in the upper right portion of the page that says "View My Profile" and make sure everything looks the way you want it to.


Provides the full list of sessions. To watch, click on the Watch Live button toward the top of the Home Page and on the top right of the Schedule. This will also be the place where you can go back and view recorded content on demand. Your registration includes exclusive access to the recorded content.

Click on the “Watch Live” button and choose Track 1 or Track 2 to view the video player.

You will need to have installed the Zoom software on your computer or device to participate in the Tabletop Discussions. You can download and install the latest version of Zoom here https://zoom.us/download. Please note: Internet Explorer is not supported for this viewing, but other browsers on computers and mobile devices are. 

Once there, you will see that you have some controls at the bottom of your Zoom window:

Mute/Unmute – You will not be able to unmute your microphone during the Zoom-based Tabletop discussions - but you will be able to talk if one of the moderators unmutes you. This is also where you can find the audio controls. If you click the little up arrow next to the Mute button, you may bring up the Audio Controls menu. If you are not hearing the presenter, make sure you have the proper speaker enabled in the Audio Controls.

Chat – All comments and questions can be placed in this area. All comments you type will be seen by everyone. You will also be able to privately send comments to a specific attendee.

Raise Hand – When you click the “Raise Hand” button, your name will move to the top of the attendee list. This is a way to bring attention to your question. Keep in mind, there will be a very limited amount of time for questions due to the number of speakers so the moderators will not be able to recognize everyone.


This area allows you to find out more about the session presenters. Simply click on the speaker’s image to learn more about them. Use the Search box to find any specific speaker you are looking for.


In this section, you can find out more about and interact with the Partners of the 2020 Virtual Event. To see a sponsor page, simply click on their logo. Once on their page, you will have the possible option to contact them by clicking on the Contact Us button and writing a question or comment. If the sponsor has a “Schedule a Meeting” button in their space, that means you can click on the button and schedule a time to chat with them.


Networking with your colleagues and peers is available in a few places during this event, but this is one of the main ones.  There are two primary networking rooms - one for Fare Collection and the other for Mobility Innovation. Grab a seat at any table that has chairs available and talk via video or audio.


In the Attendees section you can see all of the registered attendees, and click on their icon in order to visit their My Profile page and learn more about them.


This will tell you who has had the most participation on the website. Points are awarded based on your participation and engagement. By visiting sponsors, chatting and submitting questions, the more points you earn! We encourage you to explore the entire virtual environment.
